Ok, so my new rig is up and running and everything is working pretty good. Haven't tried for an OC yet, just updating utilities and getting stuff set up.

One thing that is really bothering me, is that I installed and then updated asus probe II. This is what it tells me:
Vcore = 1.33V
+3.3 = 3.33V
+5.0 = 4.86V
+12.0 = 12.35V
CPU = 33 degrees C
MB = 33 degrees C
CPU = 1457 RPM
Chassis2 = 2265 RPM

I'm alright with everything but the +5.0 and +12.0, what is up with that?

My last build was over 4 years ago and I'm still playing catch-up. Sorry if this is a dumb question.

If this is a bad thing, how do I verify that it's not just Asus probe misreading? (which was what happened on my northbridge. Probe said 33 degrees C, whereas my infra red temperature reader (and finger) said about 50 degrees C. Then I added some active cooling, now 31, but probe still says 33).

I'm running Probe II and from experience on other power supplies, yours should be okay.

Like mine are at 3.3, 4.87, and 12.03.

Yeah I figured as much. I honestly have no idea if its just probe or my power supply, but I suppose I could always meter it. Thanks guys.
