New build done... everything running... random freezes?

Okay, it's been about 5 years since I've built a system, this time because my son's old computer died, but everything is up and running and I'd assume I have it all put together right.

THE PROBLEM:

Completely random screen freezes. I can be playing WoW, or even just moving the cursor over the desktop it will lock up and I have to hit reset. There's no rhyme or reason to when or how long. I haven't installed any software other than WoW mainly because I wanted to see the graphical difference. I can leave the system running overnight and not a problem, but at any point it will lock up. It has never locked up unless I am sitting here, so I'm guessing I must be accessing or using something specific which is setting this off, but no idea.

The system specs are as follows:

@PSU COOLMAX|CW-650T 650W RT
CPU INTEL|C2D E6400 2.13G 775 2M R
MEM 1Gx2|CORSAIR TWIN2X2048-6400 R
HD 250G|WD 7K 16M SATA2 WD2500KS
DVD_BURN LG|GSA-H42N-BK RAM %
MB ASUS P5N-E SLI NF650I SLI 775
VGA XFX 7900GT 256M PVT71GUQF3 R
HD 80G|WD 7K 8M SATA2 WD800JD
DVD-ROM LG|GDR-8164BK 16X52X BK %
SDCARD CREATIVE|SB0570 AUDIGY SE RT

The only known problem I have is that Windows XP isn't seeing my secondary hard drive, but thats something I haven't really messed with.

The CPU is running about 42C, the power supply about 25C.

Thoughts?
Comments?
What should I check?
How should I check it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, I've downloaded and installed the newest video card drivers, still the same problem. If I run Burnin Test, I can duplicate the problem, but when it locks I can't get a log on anything.

I have the same problem using a P5N32-SLI Asus Mobo. I have tried everything to remedy the problem to no avail.
