Very rough Translation by yours truly:

According to sources in Taiwan, Intel plans to release a chip, codenamed Tolapai, that will include The Northbridge and Southbridge. Intel intends to market it against the VIA C7 and the AMD Geode.
Tolapai CPUs will be no larger than 3.75cmx3.75cm, with a 1088-ball FBCGA interface. It will be manufactured using Intel's 65nm process, include a Northbridge and Southbridge, and the architecture will be based on Intel's Pentium M CPUs. It will have 256KB of L2 Cache. It can run existing IA-32 operating systems.
Tolapai will have an Integrated DDR2 Memory Controller, which will support DDR2-400/533/667/800, as well as dual-channel and ECC RAM. It will support up to 2GB of memory.
Also, Tolapai will have very good I/O capabilities, Gigabit Ethernet,IEEE 1588 Timesynch, MDIO,GPIO, UART, SMBus, CAN, SSP, a 16-bit PCI Slot and 5 PCI-Express Slots as well as USB2.0(Of course).
Intel will also apparently market an "Accelerated Services" version, for logistical services(I think), which will support AES,3DES,RC4,MD5,SHA-1,SHA-224-256-384-512,HMAC,ESA and DSA encryption up to 1.6Gbps. It will also have 4 TMD ports, which can be used to IP Telephony services.
Topalai will be sold in 600MHz,1.06GHz and 1.2GHz versions and is not expected to consume more than 13-25 watts of power. It is expected to ship before the end of 2007.

EDIT: NOOOOOOOOOOOO there is an English version.... ah well my version is better
