im no fanboy but with its advanced manufacturing techniques Intel can easily surprass everyone, what would u take, a 250 W GPU from AMD(or nvidia) or a 90 W GPU from Intel that either has similar performance or more than AMD and nvidia;s GPU, however i do agree that their first generation of GPUs from Intel wont be as powerful as AMD's or nvidia's in terms of architecture, but their advanced manufacturing techniques would allow them to clock the GPUs higher to surprass AMD and nvidia. Who knows, maybe AMD will be able to catch up in process technologies ( their collaboration with IBM would allow them to ship 45 nm in Q2 2008, and catch up in 32 nm production hopefully) and go head to head with Intel, but i fell sorry for poor nvidia, who have no fabs and have to rely on TSMC to produce their chips.
