Ebuyer RMA not collected today, what do I do now?

Hey all,

Very, very frustrating problem today. Have had an RMA collection scheduled since before Christmas for today, and they havent showed up. Between 8am and 8pm I have had to be in all day awaiting this courier and am now very frustrated.

What do I need to do? Ring them up and arrange another? *sighs*

Giving them a call is probably your best bet at this point. Perhaps your paper work or pick up time was lost in the X-MAS shuffle.
