SUP, i was on Asus.com checking out their motherboards when i stumbled upon this card. it looks like they took the idea from the Sapphire Toxic serise and adapted the cooler to the 8800GTX, heres the link http://www.asus.com/news_show.aspx?id=6063 . it should still overclock higher then the XFX XXX card and still say cooler.

yeah, well that card need you to have a water cooling system already hooked up and it has to be powerful enough to handle the extra amount of heat, the Asus on all you need is an extra PCI slot and...BAM, your all set. its a great all in one system for people looking for a simple, fast, performance; system.

Actually, if you look at the pic you'll need 2 PCI slots for the cooler plus 2 for the GPU. That's 4 slots... just thought I'd throw that in there.

no worries man, who said you have to mount it in one of the PCI slots? you can just place it on the bottom of the case or put it up against the side of the case, and if you've got a clear case it would look sick because of the decals on the res.
