Recommendations for home NAS

I'd like to set up a home NAS and am considering using the D-Link 323 enclosure. It's solid extruded metal and supports up to 2 SATA drives. I don't have a lot of space to locate this and it needs to go in a room with a TV and stereo (so I want it to be as quiet as possible).

Which SATA hard drives run the coolest/quietest (in the 320 to 500 GB range)?

There's a benchmark HERE that shows Idle Noise levels. You will have to select it in the drop down to see the benchmark. It doesnt allow direct linking

I'm looking around for a Load Noise benchmark but having trouble finding one. If you find one on the site that fits your purpose then you can always venture to the manufacturers website of choice and they should tell you the Load decibels.
