Motherboard that fits Scythe Infinity

Hello,
I was wondering which motherboard is compatible with the e6400 that can fit the scythe infinity. My problem is that i got 2 Ds3's. The first one was DOA, second one died in 2 weeks. I was looking at the evga 680i, but it does not have enough space to fit the scythe infinity. Can anyone recommend a board for me that can fit the scythe infinity and compatible with 6400? Im looking for a mid to high end board that is good for overclocking too. thanks

I was looking at the Cpu cooler review on firingsquad.com and it seems that the scythe infinity does not obstruct the northbridge cooler on the 680i. Can anyone confirm this?
