I keep getting this error message when I download to a networked folder. Anyone else getting this error message?

"Delayed Write Failed"

This only happens when I download but not when I transfer files from one pc to another. It only happens to one particular pc (I have three in my peer to peer network). The target computer is running xp home/2 gig RAM/P4 3.0

I have looked up this problem on the net and tried disabling cache on the target HD to eliminate page table entries (per MS KB330174) but it still happens.

Any suggestions?
