installed xp....turned the computer off....and the computer keep rebooting...


it never posted...


tried resetting cmos....


power supply paper clip test(worked..power supply worked...no stress)

Mobo worked fine on my other computer....


WHAT COULD IT BE?!?!

Most probably you have put the 'power' connector of the ATX switch on the 'reset' pin, just have a look at it.
