I just put in my order for my new PC build at newegg.com and included is:

Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2.13GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6400 - Retail

GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3 LGA 775 Intel P965 Express ATX Intel Motherboard - Retail

Patriot 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model PDC22G5300LLK - Retail

I know the RAM isnt the ideal recommendation, it was a mistake on my part, but nothing I can do about it now. Anyways....

I want to overclock some, but i'm a total newb. Can anyone tell me just the general basics of what I need to do to get some overlock without getting all complicated like with messing with RAM voltages.

I've looked at the guide, but a few parts are confussing like the whole 1:1 ratio thing between CPU and RAM
