i have an x 1950pro with an accelero x2 mounted on it and a thermaltake toughpower 850Wpsu and the card temp is at 45 i dont understand why the screen flickers when i over clock my card even 4mhz

I have the Visiontek XGE version of the card, and I have gotten the clock to 585, but cannot overclock the memory without the screen going black.

What are you using to overclock the card, and are you getting the flickering after overclocking the memory?
