How can I set my headset to my laptop

Hello,
I have Macbook pro and useing windows 7.
I have bluetooth stereo headset model SX-910A when i do all the All steps for adding the device and I can add it but when i go the sound-playback it shown that the headset is not plugged in also I dont have option of default device to set to bluetooth stereo audio

I don't think you're going to find many Mac experts around here. Maybe you should ask Apple. Isn't customer support what they are selling?

i live in iran and we havent any support from the seller..
i use windows 7 in my macbook and this problem i write there ,is in the windows..
is there any one can help me..plzzzzzz
