You didn't specify which LGA775 you have, so it's kinda hard to narrow the field

those are the specs of my cpu that gateway provided. i somewhat know alot about pcs so if i have my hard drive now and i get a new mobo and i put it in will all my data still be there or will i have to erase it. i was looking at them and idk what are good 1s. also id like to over clock my pentium d 820

This board is a good choice, will allow upgrades to core 2 etc.
not great overclocker but good. With an 820 you will need additional cooling.
