I have read around a bit before coming to this conclusion. Basically this computer is mainly for game. I've never OCed before, but will oc lightly (e6600 around 3.0~ or so).
Here are the parts:

Case: Antec p180 (I heard it's quiet and has good airflow. That's what I want)

Power Supply: Antec NeoPower NeoHE 550 ATX12V 550W.

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 Conroe 2.4GHz LGA 775 Processor Model BX80557E6600

Cooler: Thermaltake CL-P0114 120mm
(I heard this one is really quiet)

Mobo: ASUS P5N-E SLI LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i

Memory: G.SKILL 2GB PC2-6400
Or This Corsair

Video Card: BFG 8800gts OC

Artic Silver 5:

As I stated above. I will learn how to oc this e6600 up to 3.2~ or maybe more depend on how it'll go.
Basically I want a stable and quiet rig.
saving money for dell 2407 monitor.

Thank you in advance and please give me some advice like problems I might get with this combination.

You can definitely OC that thing to 3Ghz easily. Enjoy the new system and happy gaming, especially with that 8800gts :D
