Also if you're not going to OC drop the DS3 for something like an AB9 which has better features.

If you ARE going to OC drop the E6600 for an E6400.

Well it is different, the stuff is good. You need to add the cost of GPU but right now a quick total that I did sits at $1270 And I think you will need more water blocks, I only see 2. I would change to this series drive Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 That one only 400GB but $40 cheaper.
