How to play gta4 on pc without graphics card

hi my name is deepak my pc havent graphics card bul i have play gta 4 game please help me to fix this problem

Every PC has a graphics card, some are just bad for games.
To fix the problem, get a video card that will run the game. Probably something in the Radeon 5570 would work well. Of course you did not say what brand/model of computer you are using. If you trying to run the game on a 1990 IBM PS/2, that card won't work.
