I've conected to the internet yesterday and everything worked fine!
I've turned of my laptop and when I tried few hours later to connect again, it said Authentification FAILED!

I checked out my login and I've figured out the password was wrong and I CAN'T change it.
I change it, press ok, but the password is still unchanged!

Can anybody help me with this problem? :evil:

Sounds like he is on dialup internet.

Need to know what version of windows.

If using a modem make sure you can handshake ok with the isp. There are 2 different types of dialup protocals. Been so long I can't remember what they are but sometimes they won't be compatible.

It is also possible you modem/dialup settings are off. Not waiting for the confirmation to complete.

Did you load any other software or isp software that would interfere with your windows dialup settings?

Delete your current dialup setup and start over.

It could also be PPPoE.

I say call your ISP.
