I have Polaroid 32" LCD with vga and I just bought myself a Radeon 9550 Video Card and I installed Halo and it gives me a fatal error.

Do you think its because of the TV or something else?

Maybe a settings problem or something..?

Any help or suggestions be much appreciated. Storm~

Do you get the fatal error when you hook another monitor to the system?

Let's try to pin this down. If you get the same error with another CRT or flat panel to the box, then we know that it has nothing to do with the Polaroid LCD TV.

Sounds like the game can't run in widescreen resolutions - try setting your desktop to the highest "square" resolution (i.e. 1024X768 or 1600X1200) and try it. You may have to uninstall and reinstall the game to clear the error and let it load.

Sorry man! I have 37"and a 32". The video card went on the 37" and it's only about 18 months old. Polaroid is well aware of these issues w/their faulty video cards. Wonder if u herd anything about a recall? Probably not.
