With the computer shut down, place CMOS jumper to normal. Turn on your computer. If original problem that caused you to switch your CMOS jumper persists, turn off computer, place CMOS to clear. System should automatically go into BIOS. Fix whatever problem that originally caused you to switch your CMOS jumper (memory timings, CPU overclock, whatever it may be), Save & Exit from BIOS, then shut down your computer. With the computer turned off, switch your CMOS jumper to the non-clear position. Start your computer. If problems still persist, take computer into a proffessional.
Thanks for your help, i have fixed the problem. Stupid me didn't realise that my wireless keyboard was not connected to the tower therrfore not alowing me to press the DEL button. I have connected it now and the computer works fine.
I had the e6600 running at 3.33ghz but it would keep crashing, i had vcore at 1.4, and my 800mhz memory set to 1:1, i guessi need more voltage.

Glad to hear you got it fixed. Not having the keyboard plugged in will definately not help.
