New rig, old PSU

Well i am looking to upgrade to:

But i am wanting to keep my old PSU:

Not going to be overclocking, I will also be running 1 IDE hard drive, 1 optical drive and 4 fans.

I used the PSU calculator and got up to about 262W just wanted to check here too though.

That should work, I figured about 18A on the +12 combined for yor box - most 400+ dual-rail units should be able to handle that no prob.

Thanks for both fo your answers, they have both helped re-assure me. That motherboard, CPU, RAM and graphics card are currently setting me back about £450 and i am on a tight budget so cant reallt afford an exxtra £50+ for a PSU atm. But i will deffently upgrade PSU in the following 2-3 months.
