Red lines on the LCD

I've researched this problem extensively and I've gotten lots of ideas but no fixes. I get red lines that'll magically appear on the monitor. There are a few big ones that run vertically and remain in a fixed position. Then when I move my cursor around, it creates more. I already ruled out the monitor by trying it on another computer. My video card is a 9800 Pro AIW. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like you have a too hot or damaged graphics card. Have you tried your gfx in another computer?

I was going to but the other computer in the house doesn't have an AGP available. I figured it might be too hot so I bought a Coolmax and attached it which seemed to work for a while but back it came.
