I am unable to switch users. I do not know the
administrator password. A former employee installed
windows professional 2000 on their work PCU. Is there any
way to access the administrator system?

If this is a domain computer, a user in the domain admins group should be able to
logon. Otherwise you will need to use one of the popular password reset tools. ---
