Have you checked out RoboBlitz? It's based on the Unreal 3 engine and it has PhysX support but I'm not sure if it's at all beneficial.

Yeah sean it, but the reviews and early impression don't seem too positive, basically calling it a nice tech demo.

It would be interesting to see the extent to which they implemented the physics. But it is a UE3 title with with PhysX support, just not sure about the HW part, would need to see the PC review to see impact of that.
