Hi,
when I try to use a Group from my network to logon as a
service on a client-pc, I get the error
'failed to save Local Security Database' after adding the
Group to the 'Logon as a service' policy...
Anyone who can help me with this please?
thx in advance,
Ed

Make sure that system and administrators have full control to the \winnt folder
structure and look in Event Viewer for any errors that may be pertinent. Do you get
errors configuring any other settings in Local Security Policy? If you do your
secedit.sdb may be corrupt and a fix as described in the link below may be worth a
try though settings not ad default level may be reset back to default. --- Steve
