upgrading...:o i dont know what parts will work..

is this enought info, also what bits are no good..
i need a newmotherboard, its no good, i need a mbo that will work with my parts.

you going to need to upgrade your motherboard before you an do anything else.

You want somthing with this (or close to) this spec.

8gb max ram
4x ddr channels
sata 133 connector
2x ide connectors
2x PC-E x16 slots
SLI compatible
skt 939
ATX form factor

You don't need SLI or two PCI-E x16 slots, and the SATA connectors should be 3Gb/s, not "133". If your hard disk is SATA, you will be able to get away with only 1 IDE connector.

his hdd is a sata 133. can a sata 133 work in a sata 3Gb/s?

yeah, i just found out that one really good GPU is better than two lesser models in SLI, but he already has a 7600, would it be better to dump it and get a better card, or just get another 7600 in SLI?
