More about upgrading dont parts work
  1. you going to need to upgrade your motherboard before you an do anything else.

You want somthing with this (or close to) this spec.

    8gb max ram
    4x ddr channels
    sata 133 connector
    2x ide connectors
    2x PC-E x16 slots
    SLI compatible
    skt 939
    ATX form factor
  2. You don't need SLI or two PCI-E x16 slots, and the SATA connectors should be 3Gb/s, not "133". If your hard disk is SATA, you will be able to get away with only 1 IDE connector.
  3. his hdd is a sata 133. can a sata 133 work in a sata 3Gb/s?

yeah, i just found out that one really good GPU is better than two lesser models in SLI, but he already has a 7600, would it be better to dump it and get a better card, or just get another 7600 in SLI?
  4. need help..
