whenever i go to pay a bill on line or veiw my bank
account i get a message that tell me i do not have enough
ecription and i need to update to 5.5 browser

Try going to http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp and updating you
critical updates which should include updates to Internet Explorer. --- Steve
