I cannot backup using xpressrecovery2 on my computer. Whenever i enter Xpressrecovery2 setup (using the cd provided by gigabyte) and select "BACKUP", a message "NO SUFFICIENT HDD FREE SPACE " appears.

I followed the instruction from the manual. I deleted the logical drive E and allocate the freed space (100GB) for the back-up file. The computer has one 250GB SATA(Seagate) hardisk installed; 50GB primary partion C, 100GB logical drive D, and 100GB free space for xpressrecovery2 backup file.

I also downloaded the latest expressrecovery2 file from your website. I expanded the compressed file and burn the expanded file to cd but it did not run when i boot to this cd.

Pls help.

Have you tried using System Restore before using Xpressrecovery 2. I never actually have to use Xpressrecovery before so I'm not too sure. But yeah try using System Restore first.
