can this bet right??? a INTEL PENTIUM 4 Processor 820 2.8Ghz DUAL CORE 2x 1MB Cache 800FSB running overclocked at 3.5ghz was beat by my AMD ATHLON 64 3000+ Clawhammer 2.0Ghz SINGLE CORE 512 L2 Cache 800FSB overclocked to 2.6Ghz. Can you give any insite please

um sh*t i can only remember cinebench, 3dmark03, 3dmark05 (CPU tests only) we did a couple more. we both have X850XT clocked to the same speed and 1gig of ram clocked the same

If none of the benchmarks can make use of a dual core CPU, what is so surprising about that?

I have a Clawhammer 3200.....It has a 1mb cache...This processor, in an old 754 mobo, is a great gaming cpu...for its day at least.

You should have seen some really big difference in Cinebench. The rendering test is multithreaded. The PD 820 should have won there...
