You can download a copy of ActiveSync from Microsoft. If you already have Outlook on your PC just
install AS and connect the 2210. Here is a link to the 22XX manuals from HP that explain all of
this...

I think that, if you can install activesync from that 2750-CD, you will
be able to.
Activesync does not look to the type of PDA connected to decide wether or
not to allow it to sync with your PC. I also own a 2210 myself, but a
friend of me with a completely different brand of PDA can sync through my
activesync without any problem whatsoever.
