I've got this little storage device from Cigar Pen (128 MB). USB ver 1.1
that used to work on this computer in Win98 before changing to XP Pro. Their
web site says it will work in XP, but I've had no luck at all getting it to
work. Has anyone had any luck getting one of these to work under XP? If so,
what's the secret?

Is the drive being detected when you plug it in? XP should auto detect USB
devices. Do you have any other USB devices that you can use to ensure your
USB ports are working correctly on the computer? Also have you check in
Device Manager to see if there are any problems with the USB Controllers?
Are you certain this drive isn't defective? You say it used to work on a
Windows 98 setup but have you tried it on another computer recently?

Does the Pen have a power on/off button? After you plug the pen into the
USB port, click the power button so that XP can recognize it and will list it
in Windows Explorer.
