I'm using windows xp pro sp2 at home and can't seem to change any settings to
my screensavers when i'm not logged on under the admin. There are 4 other
people without admin rights on this computer and they can't change the
settings to certain screensavers. One screensaver has pictures that work
under admin but don't show up under limited users. Another screensaver only
plays music that came with saver under admin not limited. Any help would be
appreciated. I did try a tweak at" kelly-korner", but it did not help.

You can change the screensavers within each account but not from one to
the other. Each user can adjust them to their preferences if you have given
them the rights. Users can use passwords in their screensaver settings. Go
to:
Start>Control Panel>User Accounts>User Account Types

in order to give them rights, do I have to make their accounts admin?, which
I don't want to do . When they change screensavers in their own accounts some
don't work, only for the admin.

Are these third party screensavers?

You can change your group policy (start-run and type "gpedit.msc" ) to allow
users to change settings like screensavers.

Also, you will have to be logged in as an administrator to make those changes
I mentioned before.
