i think i need a new mother board, can anyone recomend one that will wor withall/most of my parts..

also if any other parts need updating very soon please tell me

Do you have a budget? I'd recommend one of the ASUS A8N boards, pref. the ASUS A8N32. These run from $90 to $150. Or, a DFI Lanparty, though I'm personally not much of a DFI fan.
