This is the finalized build for me new rig. The budget was originally $1.7K but I raised it to under $2K with shipping allowances when I saw I got a little extra (not to mention to make room for the 8800), although I'll still have to put the rest on the plastic.

Any comments/questions/suggestions for this new build? A couple of things, I am not going SLI as I have a 19" standard screen (a vx922) and it wouldn't make it worthwhile. Plus it would put it over my budget. Oh, and those 2 250's are for RAID 0.

Looks nice. The only thing I would change is the Hard Drive from the seagate 250gb to the equal WD 250gb. It performs a bit better and runs cooler/quieter. - Otherwise I'd jump up to the 320 for a couple of dollars more if you want to stick with Seagate and have the better performing drive of all 3
