I know both of these will work good with my system (P5N-E / E6400)

but which one do you guys think would be better? brandwise, OC wise, etc...?

This OCZ - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E1682... (for reference, cheaper on ZipZoomFly :p  )

OR

This G.Skill - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E1682...

OCZ is always a good bet, quality products, good price.

I never heard of G-Skill until a week ago and it's not available here, can't comment on that.

Cheaper may be better.

You could google for a review of the G-Skill RAM and see if you will get a performance increase, but I doubt it.
