I know both of these will work good with my system (P5N-E / E6400)

but which one do you guys think would be better? brandwise, OC wise, etc...?

OCZ is always a good bet, quality products, good price.

I never heard of G-Skill until a week ago and it's not available here, can't comment on that.

Cheaper may be better.

You could google for a review of the G-Skill RAM and see if you will get a performance increase, but I doubt it.
