With a Windows 2000 Server using a GPO for XP clients, I
have the correct ADM files loaded for the XP clients on
the 2000 domain controller.

The problem I have is that with the IE maintenance in the
GPO for Important URLS to set the home page to what I want
it to be, the users are still able to eventually change it
or it defaults to MSN.

The servers homepage is on the page I want it to be and
the clients are supposed to import this info every time
they log in, but it doesnt work. They eventually get
changed.

Use Group Policy to restrict users from changing the homepage and try
enabling IE maintenace policy processing for "process even if GPO has not
changed" in computer configuration/administrative templates/system/Group
Policy. --- Steve
