Memory Frequency

I have the Cosair 6400C4, which gives 800 Mhz, but when I use CPU-Z, its showing the frequency to be 400Mhz? Is there something wrong?

nope, I have DDR400 and it is read as 200mhz

Your memory's physical speed is 400Mhz. Since it is DoubleDataRate, the effective clock is double that of the physical clock. When computing memory speed with DDR/DDR2, multiply the speed by 2
