Xeon E5320 vs E6600

Hi!

I have got a good offer on a standard Workstation with an Intel Xeon Quadcore E5320 Processor. As it is a standard PC no Overclocking is possible.

Will the above machine be faster than if I am building my own with an E6600 and Overclock it?

Please note you should only consider the two CPUs reliability to generate calculations - the PC will not be used for gaming.
