Hello
I'm using my outlook extensively at work and got calendar for my
private apps and another one for work apps. I'd like to sync only
private apps to ppc also similar situation with contacts:)
how to sync only chosen data from outlook and not all the data ??

Hello,

There is no way for you to sync only Private appointments. You can,
however, choose to only synchronize appointments in certain categories via
settings in ActiveSync.

Use categories for each contact, and view by categories. Same for tasks,
calendar items etc.
