San Disk titanium cruzer is acting erratic...now you read it now you don't kind of stuff (again- not all the time) - called San Disk the tech told me that I should use the usb port on the back of the pc because it has more power. Okay, how about a show of hands from people on how inconvenient this would be - especially considering many pcs have a usb port on the front... Is it time to get a new flash drive? Or just stand on top of a stool, lean way over the pc hold a flash light and find the rear usb port?

somehow i think that tech is full of it... i dont think an extra meter of wire will decrease the 5v going to the usb device to the point where its not enough to power the device (unless the connector is really shitty... then no usb device will work)... If you want, take a multi meter to the thing and see what is really comming out of hte 5v rail. Until then, post above is good advice.
