Something funny with my E4300 and my ECS PX1

I have DDr800 mem running at 667. My FSB is at 240. That's my max. I gave an extra .1v to mem and cpu for overclocking. I can not go past 240. the shitty thing is my MB maxes out at 265 fsb too. updated to latest bios. anyone know what i am doing wrong> i have a scyth ninja cooler. my temps are in the 35's. Does my mother board just blow?

It took alot of VCORE and an updated bios and they weren't using a E4300. The best of luck to you. There seem to be a few boards out there that dont like letting the E4300 get too far from its native 800mhz fsb.
