Will this Powersupply run my system ok?

Let me start by Saying I have at most an $80 budget for a Power Supply. This includes shipping. Here is what im looking at.

Here is what I plan on running with it.

Processor-Opteron 165 (overclocked obviously)
MB- EVGA 123-K8-NF47-AX Socket 939 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 ATX AMD Motherboard

2 Gig Corsair XMS Memory

Hard Drive- 250 Gig 7200 RPM 16 meg

1 Dvd Burner

1 8800GTS 320 Meg card.

Will this power supply run this sufficiently or does anyone have an recommendations in the same price range? I already have everything but the Video Card and the Power supply. Opinions on a PS?
