Yes. You can get lucky and find them in Chapter Two, or buy them in a
store in the place where you start off in Chapter Three.

yes, you can get them in the original campaign. i don't know if there is any
location where they "Drop" reliably, or if there is a store where they are sold,
but i got mine from a random treasure drop.
