I only want to connect to wireless at home. Is there any way I can tell my
HP IPAQ 3115 to ignore all other wireless access points? At the moment I
keep getting popups asking me if I want to connect to this access point or
that access point.

I would turn the Wireless radio off when not home?? the would also save you
alot of battery
