Archived from groups: microsoft.public.pocketpc (More info?)
On the phone itself, on a wired headset, and on a bluetooth earpiece, with
all hardware and sofware volume controls at maximum, the volume of the
telephone is noticeably softer than other audio (beeps. rings, music, etc.).
The telephone volume is also slighly softer than that on my T-Mobile Poceket
PC Phone Edition (an older HTC phone, I believe). There is also more hiss
associated with the telephone than my previous pocket pc. It is hard to hear
the other party under noisy conditions (as in a car, for example).
I am wondering if I have a bad unit, or if this is typical. Any thoughts?
