Can you put an ATX Radeon X1K card in a nForce chipset MB?

I am looking to put an ATI Radeon X1300/X1600/X1800 graphic card in my abit NF95 motherboard which has an onboard nVidia graphics card.

The reason why is for the AVIVO transcoding of video files, has anybody done this? will i have any issues?
