Can You please check the following picture and let me know if my temps are normal, and let me know which application is giving the correct temp.

And Why does SpeedFan indicate that I have a -65c system temp ??

Akasa Mirage Case
EVGA 680i Mobo

well those temps are probly fine. and speedfan uses a different sensor then coretemp, cause on mine its like 20 degrees lower. and i would go with coretemp, cause TAT is made for notebooks. however, its safest to go witht he highest temps. all of the temps are within acceptable range, although TAT are kinda high for your speed.
