GDI+ Error message

Does anyone know how to fix the GDI+ error message besides
deleting the GDI registry entry in the RunOnce Key or
logging in as an administrator?

Advanced INF Install Error: Could not locate INF
file 'C:\WINNT\INF\AU_gdi.inf'.

Not installing the GDI+ Locator tool?

Unless I'm mistaken, that error message is from the GDI+ Locator tool and
not the GDI+ patch. Some people feel the tool is not very useful and should
be avoided.
