Lan upload speed low

I have a strange problem, when I try to send files over lan from my laptop to my pc for a 1GB file i takes aroun 150 minutes but when i send from my pc to laptop i takes just a few minutes? In my pc lan card is "NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller" and in laptop "Realtek RTL8193C+".
so it's: laptop->pc - 150 minutes, and pc->laptop few minutes
please help! :!:

yes both are autonegotiation, but i tried also 100fullduplex and halfduplex and various combinations and it is always the same
