computer keeps moving on its own

anybody know what is up with this computer? The screen is bouncing all over. Other threads say it is their mouse but it is not the mouse moving it is the window moving. whether it is explorer or word. It bounces all over the place and it is hard to type because the screen keeps moving. I am running Norton anti virus and windows 7. Please help!

Please provide your system's basic specs. Also, verify that your video cables (assuming this is a desktop PC) are securely fastened to the computer and the monitor.
